I wanted to write to tell you how delighted I am with the staircase you installed in our house. As a born and bred Western Australian, I have always been very keen on Jarrah as a timber and I think that this is a beautiful use for its limited supplies to be put to. Better than railway sleepers!!

You may be interested to know that I selected Beach House Stairs over a local stair company despite the fact that your quote was $300 higher.
In comparison to the local company I found that your on-site staff were more particular and careful in taking measurements and gave the impression that a quality product was important.
They were also more communicative about how the stairs would be installed and were immediately able to provide a quote. The extra $300 is worth the cost to me to gain assurance of a quality job.
