I wanted to write to tell you how delighted I am with the staircase you installed in our house. As a born and bred Western Australian, I have always been very keen on Jarrah as a timber and I think that this is a beautiful use for its limited supplies to be put to. Better than railway sleepers!!

The workmen are pleasant and the workmanship leaves nothing to be desired. It is THE dominant feature of the house, as I had hoped and one of which I will always be proud. Thank you for your advice and assistance in choosing the style and the quality of the product.

You may be interested to know that I selected Beach House Stairs over a local stair company despite the fact that your quote was $300 higher.

In comparison to the local company I found that your on-site staff were more particular and careful in taking measurements and gave the impression that a quality product was important.

They were also more communicative about how the stairs would be installed and were immediately able to provide a quote. The extra $300 is worth the cost to me to gain assurance of a quality job.
